All products are guaranteed to be free of defects in craftsmanship upon delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty is effective for 7 years from the date of purchase; proof of purchase is required. This warranty does not apply to any product, which has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
The customer is responsible for:
a) Delivery of the product to the manufacturer and
b) Payment of any initial shipping and handling charges.
The manufacturer will upon receipt, exercise its option to repair or replace the product with a new or reconditioned product without charge.

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or loss of formboards, accessories or profits. Over-stressing of the product may cause damage to Con-Form Boards, FibreBoards, Camlocks, pins, connectors, and other products and accessories included in the Con-Form Formwork Systems range. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by improper installation or improper use of this product.
